Lee Grayson, 27, of King's Court, Mablethorpe, went into the Spick and Span store on Golf Road in the town and demanded owner Thomas Blunt empty the contents of the till on 25 April this year.
Grayson, pictured above, was arrested two days later at a guest house he was staying in.
He admitted to two offences of robbery at Lincoln Crown Court including stealing £430 of a taxi driver's takings and was sentenced to five years and three months behind bars.
A couple from South Lincolnshire have been convicted of animal cruelty after foxes were thrown to hounds at a hunting kennels.
Paul Oliver, 40, master of hounds at the South Herefordshire Hunt, and kennel maid Hannah Rose, were convicted at Birmingham Magistrates' Court.
Evidence was obtained by an anti-hunting investigation team using covert cameras and a tracking device.
Oliver, of Sutton Crosses, near Spalding, Lincolnshire was caught by a hidden camera as he prepared to feed live fox cubs to his dogs in May 2016, the trial heard.
He was convicted of four counts of animal cruelty and Rose, his partner, 30, of three counts of the same charge.
She was acquitted on a further count.
The maximum possible sentence the defendants face is six months in prison.

Healthwatch Lincolnshire is putting together a handbook for patients and making sure those who've been asked to leave a practice have eight days' worth of prescriptions.

Police have released a CCTV image of a man and woman they want to speak to in connection with the fraudulent use of a bank card.
The card was lost along with a purse at Burton Waters, near Lincoln, and subsequently used for numerous purchases in the area.

A man has been charged in connection with an armed robbery at a convenience store in Boston.
Lincolnshire Police said a 42-year-old man, from Boston, has been charged with robbery, possession of a bladed article and possession of a offensive weapon, after a raid on the One Stop Shop, in Kingsway, on Good Friday.
The man is due to appear before magistrates in Lincoln later today.

A Lincolnshire Police volunteer who has given more 3,500 hours of her time to the force has been awarded a British Empire Medal in the Queen's Birthday Honours.
Lynn Chantrey has worked in a number of roles since she began volunteering in 2013, including helping elderly victims of crime and working with the Nettleham Neighbourhood Policing Team.
As a wheelchair user, Lynn has promoted disability within the force and has consulted on the development of gym facilities, the new building at South Park, and access at headquarters in Nettleham.

After driving from John O'Groats to Lands End in a vintage tractor for charity, a farmer from Lincolnshire is finally heading home today.
Kev Chambers, from Hubberts Bridge near Boston, finished the challenge yesterday after driving almost 900 miles.
He's raised £4,000 for the Lincs and Notts air ambulance, which is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year.

There's been a significant rise in the number of reports of coercive and controlling behaviour reported to Lincolnshire Police, new figures show.
While 22 cases were recorded in 2016, over 200 were recorded in the first two months of this year alone.
Ryan Hart (above right), from Spalding, whose father shot dead his mother and sister shortly after they moved out of the family home after years of abuse, has been campaigning along with his brother Luke (above left) to raise awareness of the signs of coercion.
He says: "It's not really a crime we can arrest out way out of."

Campaigners in Spalding are calling for extra rail services, arguing the town's been neglected and left isolated for too long.
Members of the Let's Improve Spalding's Train Service group have started lobbying Abellio, which is taking over the East Midlands franchise later this year, to extend the timetable.
David Mortimer, from the group, says people who work nine-to-five in Lincoln can't get into work on time - so have to drive instead.
"I'm just absolutely disgusted with the rail companies. I've campaigned myself for the last eight years and the only replies I get back are, 'We'd like to put a service on, but we haven't got the trains'," says Mr Mortimer.
Abellio says it's planning to invest £600m into the East Midlands franchise to make improvements across the network.
