The first burglary was carried out on 16 October at around 03:50.
The pharmacy was targeted again, yesterday morning, at approximately 02:40.
A male suspect, wearing a hooded top, dark bottoms and trainers broke into the pharmacy and left with a large quantity of prescription drugs, including diazepam, dihydrocodeine and gabapentin, on both occasions.
Lincolnshire Police say anyone who is offered this medication should hand it into a pharmacy, GP surgery or police station immediately.
Lincolnshire Police are concerned for the welfare of 16-year-old Anas Laamache.
He was last seen in the Grantham area on October 15.
Lincolnshire Police are asking for anyone who has seen Anas, or knows where he is, to get in contact with them.
A fundraising page has been set up to help a Lincolnshire man continue to care for his pigeons after he was left paralysed from the chest down in a freak motorcross accident.
Daniel Parker, 23, from Tallington, says he can't now access his loft to clean and care for his pigeons after breaking his spine in the accident.
Mr Parker says he's stunned by the response from the pigeon-fancying community to help him buy a specially-adapted pigeon loft.
A fire at several domestic buildings in a Lincolnshire town earlier this month was started deliberately, according to police.
The blaze started at about 04:45 on Wednesday 9 October on Station Road in Alford.
At its height six fire engines were needed to bring the blaze under control.
Lincolnshire Police say they want anyone with any information about the fire to come forward.

A total of 10 people from Lincolnshire have been detained as part of a national crackdown on so-called "county lines" gangs.
It's been part of a wider operation across the country, co-ordinated by the National Crime Agency (NCA)
"County lines" gangs are originally from big cities and often use violence and intimidation to expand into smaller towns, using mobile phones to take orders from drug users.
In total, over 700 people have been arrested as part of the recent crackdown, external, with more than £0.5m worth of drugs seized, according to the NCA.

Just 15% of European Union migrants in Lincolnshire have so far applied for the right to live and work in the UK after Britain leaves the EU, government figures show.
There are an estimated 56,000 EU migrants living in Lincolnshire and people have until the end of next year to apply for what's known as Settled Status.
The scheme aims to help EU citizens and their families to live and work in the UK after freedom of movement ends.
Iga Paczkowska, an advisor for help organisation Lincs-EU, says many migrants are "not fully aware" that if they're planning to go abroad after Brexit they will "struggle".

Crews from RAF Waddington, near Lincoln, who operate Reaper drones are to be recognised for their work in defeating the group calling itself Islamic State.
At least 60 personnel from 13 Squadron will receive the Operation Service Medal for their work over Iraq and Syria.
Until now, the award has only been given to those exposed to physical danger.

Four members of the famous Lincolnshire-based Red Arrows have hung up their iconic red suits for the last time after completing their final flights with the aerobatic team.
The crew arrived back at RAF Scampton on Thursday following their 11-week tour of Canada and North America.
One of those departing the team, Red 3 Sqn Ldr Mike Bowden, is leaving to become a commercial airline pilot.
He says it's an "unbelievably" emotional time.
"Knowing it's the last time you take off, the last time you land...But what a way to do it, off the back of the most incredible tour," he said.
"The opportunities were second to none. We got to fly over the most iconic landscapes and landmarks around North America."
