Market Deeping Model Railway Club is honouring Sir Rod after he donated £10,000 to the club when vandals destroyed their display at Welland Academy in Stamford on 18 May.
Following the attack, more than £107,000 was raised through a crowdfunding appeal to repair the exhibitions.
Sir Rod is a keen model railway enthusiast and earlier this month unveiled his own intricate model which he has been working on for over the past 23 years.
A scheme aimed at getting less able people in Lincolnshire into sport is celebrating its 10th anniversary today.
Since 2009, 40,000 people have taken part in sessions as part of the county's Wheelchair Sports Programme, external which is thought to be the biggest scheme of its kind in the country.
Lynn Chauntry, a member of the programme, says playing wheelchair basketball has helped to turn her life around:

More than 300 people turned out at the weekend to see the streets of Gainsborough lit up with homemade lanterns.

Investigations are continuing after a man was stabbed in Boston in the early hours of this morning.
Police were called to Tunnard Street just after midnight, external after reports of a fight involving a number of people.
A 26-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder in connection with the incident.
Meanwhile, house-to-house inquiries have been taking place and officers remain in the Red Lion Street and Tunnard Street areas today.
A 25-year-old man and a 44-year-old man have also been arrested on suspicion of affray.
Detectives say it was an isolated incident in which the people involved were known to each other.
One property has been flooded and two roads remain closed in a Lincolnshire village following recent heavy rain.
Fire crews have worked overnight to pump water from Louth Road and St Mary's Lane in Binbrook, which are both still closed.
Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue Service says crews will remain in Binbrook for the next 24 hours.

A Police Federation survey ranked Lincolnshire second only to the Metropolitan Police, with more than 60% of officers reporting low personal morale.

A plan to expand a business park in a village near Lincoln has been refused for a second time.
West Lindsey District Council rejected plans to build three new buildings at the Highcliffe Business Park in Ingham.
Under the plans resubmitted by Globe Consultants, a total of 10 units would have been used for industrial and business use.
But the authority said the the countryside location of the development was “not justified”.
The district council rejected a previous plan for the site in August.
An inmate found guilty of attempting to kill prison officers and another prisoner has been given three life sentences.
Aklakur Rahman, 32, carried out the attacks at prisons in Norfolk, Lincoln and Wakefield.
Rahman,originally from Ipswich, used makeshift weapons, including razor blades and a piece of masonry to carry out the attacks.
Passing sentence at Birmingham Crown Court, Mr Justice Pepperall said Rahman had prepared "the most dangerous weapons he could fashion from the limited materials available to him".
Rahman was jailed on Friday for a minimum of 13 years
Detective Inspector Kevin Brown, from the East Midlands Special Operations Unit, said: “It really is a blessing that no one was killed during what were extremely determined and violent attacks.”

When officers arrived at the scene on Tunnard Street, they found a 24-year-old man who had suffered a serious stab wound.
A man, 26, was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder, while two other men, aged 25 and 44, were arrested on suspicion of affray.
Police have since been carrying out house-to-house inquiries and officers remain in the Red Lion Street and Tunnard Street areas.
Three people have died in a two-car crash on the A1077 in North Lincolnshire.
Humberside Police said three men died when the black Toyota Celica they were travelling in collided with a white Peugeot 3008 on the A1077 between South Ferriby and Barton interchange at about 11:00 on Sunday.
A woman and a man who were in the Peugeot both sustained serious injuries and are still receiving treatment in hospital.
Sgt Rob Mazingham said: “This was a very serious collision which has very sadly resulted in the deaths of three men, and left a woman and another man in a serious condition.
"I am appealing to anyone who might have seen anything around the time of the collision, or the vehicles beforehand, to contact us."

Meanwhile, Humberside Police have been rated as the happiest force and has seen the largest improvement.

Crews from the village and Louth have been pumping water from Louth Road, which is closed.

A model railway which was destroyed by vandals is to go on show for the first time since it was painstakingly restored.
The Market Deeping Model Railway Club display was damaged at Welland Academy in Stamford, Lincolnshire, on 18 May.
Following the attack more than £107,000, including a £10,000 donation from model rail enthusiast Sir Rod Stewart, was raised through a crowdfunding appeal to repair the exhibitions.
The display is now due to go on show at the NEC in Birmingham later this week
Earlier this year four 16-year-old boys admitted damaging the display after drinking a bottle of vodka on a "pre-exam night rampage".
