News that the world famous Lincolnshire-based Red Arrows RAF aerobatic team is to stay based in the county has been widely welcomed.
The team has been based at RAF Scampton since 2000, but will move to RAF Waddington in 2022, the Ministry of Defence has confirmed.
The decision has been described as "fantastic news" by the leader of Lincolnshire County Council Martin Hill.
And Defence Minister Jeremy Quin has said he's "delighted" the Reds will remain in Lincolnshire, saying they'll "continue to practise their extraordinary aerobatic talents" in the skies above the county.
