Read MoreThe owner of a sheep which was hit by a car and then deliberately set on fire at a farm in Lincolnshire says he's shocked and furious about what's happened.
It's believed that a vehicle was driven into a field at Surfleet Marsh, near Spalding, last Friday or Saturday before running over three sheep.
One of those animals was then set alight.
All the animals subsequently died or had to be put down and eight more sheep which had been in the field are still missing.
It's believed they could have been stolen or chased into the River Welland.
Farmer Tom French says he couldn't believe what had happened when he found out:
Quote MessageWe were so angry someone could do something like this..It's something you would never think would happen in our area."

Two men from Sheffield have been arrested following an armed robbery near Scunthorpe which ended in a police pursuit.
Police received reports on Monday that a man was threatening Gunness Debenhams staff with a knife before stealing a number of items and then fleeing the scene in a car.
Police then began a search and located a grey Ford Focus travelling towards South Yorkshire.
The car was brought to a safe stop near Doncaster and the two men inside arrested.
A large quantity of items, thought to be stolen, were recovered from the vehicle along with weapons.
A Lincolnshire businessman who turned his hair salon into a milkshake parlour during the coronavirus lockdown now offers both.
Luke Daniels turned his Urban Angels hairdressers in Navenby into a gelato and milkshake business when his business wasn't allowed to operate during the height of the lockdown.
However, it's proved so successful that he faced a dilemma when he was recently allowed to cut hair again.
He's now moved the new business into Navenby's former village tearoom so he can keep all his customers happy but he says they have more planned:
Quote MessageOver the next few months we will create a proper kitchen area with hatch - and then we'll bring the tearooms back to the village. We didn't think we'd end up with another couple of businesses. It's been fantastic."

RNLI crews in Cleethorpes says over the last few weeks there's been an increase in call-outs to people stuck in the mud.
In one case, a man got stuck in the mud (pictured) while taking his dog for a final beach walk before it had to be put down.
The volunteer crew managed to free him before the tide came in and the pair managed to complete their last stroll together.
In another instance, a teenager got stuck while riding her horse. Both rider and animal were unharmed following the rescue.
Matt McNally, from the RNLI in Cleethorpes, says the mud is encroaching on the tourist spots on the beach and it can be a problem:
Quote MessageOver the last two or three years, the mud has moved into places that are popular on the beach...We see the call-outs to people getting stuck going up and up all the time."

The leader of Lincolnshire County Council has been explaining the new powers the authority has to enforce local lockdowns and the wearing of face masks due to the coronavirus pandemic.
From this Friday, everyone will be required to wear a mask when in a shop - but new powers announced by the PM last week mean the council could extend the order to other places locally.
Councillor Martin Hill says the authority has a number of other options available as well:
Quote MessageWe can close businesses and venues in whole sectors. We can impose general restrictions on the movement of people, on gatherings...We can also restrict local or national transport systems."
Martin Hill, Leader, Lincolnshire County Council
Tourists will soon be able to go inside Lincoln Cathedral again - after the site passed a risk assessment saying it's Covid-safe.
Visit Britain has given staff its "Good to go" award, after bringing in measures including a one-way system, hand sanitising stations and extra cleaning.
The historic cathedral re-opened for individual prayer last month and services resumed two weeks ago.
One of Lincolnshire newest visitor attractions is reopening to the public today after months of lockdown.
The International Bomber Command Centre on Canwick Hill in Lincoln commemorates those who flew with the service during World War Two.
The site lost 90% of its income during the coronavirus lockdown - and staff and volunteers say they're desperate to welcome supporters back.
Chief executive Nicky Van Der Drift says staff have done lot of work to make sure the site is safe:
Quote MessageIt'll be a case of sanitise, sanitise, sanitise. We'll have stations all around the site and we're also introducing a four-times-a-day wipe-down programme."

A sheep has died after being deliberately set on fire and two more were run over and killed while they were all grazing in a farmer's field in Lincolnshire, police have revealed.
It happened between last Friday and Saturday in a field in Surfleet Marsh, according to Lincolnshire Police.
Officers believe a vehicle, possibly a 4x4, was driven into the field and three sheep were run over before one of them was then set alight.
Eight other sheep have since been reported missing following the incident, with police saying they fear the animals were stolen or chased into the River Welland.
Investigating wildlife crime officer PC Martin Green said it's been a distressing time for those involved:
Quote MessageThis is a horrific incident that has caused much upset to the farmer. Unfortunately, we do believe this was a deliberate act and we are carrying out investigations to bring the offenders to justice."
