He was found by dog walkers in Hunsbury Hill Country Park, by Danes Camp Way, at about 09:00 on Saturday.
His death is not being treated as suspicious.
The man, who was white and in his late 20s or early 30s, was wearing a red T-shirt, a pair of dark blue jeans with a black belt - and a black hooded top with the words "ATHLTC DEPT 707" on the front.
He was also found with a black No Fear-branded tote bag, a packet of Marlboro cigarettes with Polish writing on the front, and a pair of silver and black Pilipe Sport reading glasses.
Dr Nilesh Jagjivan kissed the student's neck and put his hands up her skirt, a panel found.
