    BBC Radio Jersey

An investigation into suspected pollution in Jersey's Elizabeth Marina is continuing.

There is concern untreated water has leaked from the States-backed project for 284 flats into the marina.

Officers are using a dye tracing process to see if there is a pathway between the Horizon building site and the marina.

Director of Environment Protection Tim Du Feu said the green dye used in the process may be visible in sea water.

"The discoloration should be short lived, it is non-toxic to the environment and won’t stick to boats moored in the marina.”

“The public shouldn’t be alarmed if they notice any changes in the water colour during this testing,” he said.

In the second complaint, Deputy Tindall alleged further comments made by Deputy Inder in a separate interview with the BBC, and also on his Facebook page, were a breach of the code of conduct for politicians.

But a panel found that the evidence provided by Deputy Tindall did not support her allegation and it dismissed the complaint.
