There are plans to knock down a St Helier lodging house and replace it with 20 apartments.
If the application gets the go-ahead, the property Bella Rocca, on Roussel Street, will be demolished to make way for the one and two-bedroom flats.

The organiser of a local petition to ban the permanent use of plastic bags says talks with the States have been slow-moving.
More than 5,000 people have called on the States to ban single-use bags, but Helen Youngs from Plastic Free Guernsey said things such as Brexit had caused conversations with deputies to become slow-moving.
Ms Youngs said she was still as determined as ever to make change.

Preparations are already under way for next year's 75th anniversary of Jersey's liberation from German occupation during World War Two.
More than 1,000 people gathered in Liberation Square for Thursday's service of commemoration.
In his final Liberation Day speech, Bailiff Sir William Bailhache said the island should take great care to defend its long-established freedoms - including the right to determine its own laws.
It comes as a cross-party group of UK politicians seeks to force Crown dependencies' governments to introduce an open register of company owners.
