    Antonio Romanucci says the medical examiner who conducted an independent autopsy said Tyre's injuries are consistent with severe beatings.

    He has called on people to look at the charges themselves and they will see that there is consistency and they were the maximum charges.

    Crump has said the video has audio, and is very compelling as people will be able to see and hear for themselves what the officers did on 7 January.

    Responding to questions, Crump says the district attorney watched the video of Tyre's arrest "blow by blow".

    When you see the video, ask yourself what the correct charges are, he says.

    Crump says those who see the clip - due to be released by Memphis police at 18:00 local time on Friday night - should ask themselves if the actions were intentional.

    Asked about how to clean up the police department, Antonio Romanucci says it has to start with swift activity.

    He says trust could be restored with real community policing, rather than suppression and racist policing - "that's where you can start", Romannuci adds.

    He says the community wants this reform but the police unions don't want it.

    RowVaughn Wells is telling reporters more about her son.

    She says Tyre Nichols like to go and watch sunsets, photography and skateboarding.

    Those were his passions, she says adding that Tyre was a "beautiful son".

    "No-one is perfect but he was close," she adds.

    "I'll always be with him," she says, as her son had a tattoo of her name.

    She says the officers disgraced their own families, and she now prays for their families amid this tragedy.

    "I am still grieving and dealing with the death of my son.

    "Memphis is the blueprint for what is going to happen."

    "We don't hear about these things with our white brothers and sisters," Crump says.

    "We don't see the videos of the police doing the most with white citizens," he adds.

    Crump says we need to continue to speak about the police culture in the US.

    As much as these five officers killed Tyre Nichols, Crump says, it was the police culture in America that killed Tyre Nichols.

    Tyre just wanted to go home, Crump continues, referencing the kidnap charge against the officers.
