Speed record team test sledge design

A group of friends from Norway have designed a gravity-powered snow sledge which they hope will beat the world speed record.

Motorcyclist and mechanic Guy Martin set the current record in 2014, when he achieved a speed of 83.49 mph (134.36km/h).

The Snowspeed team is targeting 155 mph (around 250 km/h). With the team still in the design phase, they took a scale model to Toyota Motorsport's wind tunnel in Cologne to test it out.
