All this week on Newsbeat we'll be looking ahead to the new series of The X Factor and find out what happened to some of last year's losing finalists. Bad Lashes were the first of 2008's final 12 to be voted off the show. They insist they're not just another girl group and say, a year on, they've finally found their niche in the music industry.
