X Factor reject Storm Lee relieved to be voted off show

X Factor reject Storm Lee says he's relieved to have been voted off the show.
With his pink hair and laid-back rock'n'roll attitude Storm Lee doesn't strike you as a typical popstar wannabee.
He got the lowest number of votes on Sunday night (17 October) which meant it was his final night on X Factor.
He said: "I feel a weird sense of relief. I didn't realise how difficult it was for me being on the show until they said I was off the show."
Very challenging
Performing was easy says Storm. It was being told what to do that was difficult:
"It's the creative push and pull, so many people who have ideas for what they want you to be, that was very challenging."
Storm thinks Louis Walsh, his mentor on the show, wasn't the right choice to guide him to the final:
"I think Louis was suited to more traditional vocalists, not someone that's a bit more creative and artistic like me."
And if that wasn't bad enough:
"I dont think he's opened a fashion magazine in about 50 years. He thinks glam is Gary Glitter."
The singer feels he was pushed out of his comfort zone by Louis' demands, which included dying his hair pink:
"He really wanted me to change dramatically for the show. Become a more glam character."
Christmas invite
He says he had to trust his mentor, so he did it: "But I think if Sharon Osbourne was there it would have been a bit different."
Storm Lee's now hoping for a Christmas invite from a legend to help boost his career:
"I just want to go to Sting's Christmas party. Sting was right. He said a real artist would never win X Factor."
Storm reckons the former Police man could make it happen for him:
"I went on the show to prove him (Sting) wrong... but he's always right isn't he? So invite me to your Christmas party - and lets sing together."
