Take That's Progress Live was officially the biggest ever UK tour

Take That are to release a live album next month from this year's record-breaking Progress tour across the UK and Europe.

The record, which has 22 tracks, will include solo songs performed by Robbie Williams and is out on 28 November.

A five-piece Take That performed their first full tour with the singer for 16 years over the summer.

They broke the record for the highest grossing concert series, according to statistics from Billboard Boxscore.

The group made more than £38m during their eight nights at Wembley Stadium in June and July.

Progress Live was also the biggest ever UK tour.

A record-breaking 1.34 million tickets were bought in less than 24 hours of going on sale.

The band broke their previous box office record set in 2008 with The Circus Live tour selling more than 1.8 million tickets, doubling their own record for sales in a single day.

The stage production for the two-and-a-half hour show cost around £15 million to put together with the robot used in the shows standing 30 metres (100ft) high when fully erect.

Ahead of the release of the live album, a DVD and Blu-ray double disc is out on 21 November which will feature behind the scenes footage from concerts, road trips and the rest of the tour.
