US rapper Pitbull is going to perform a gig in a remote part of Alaska after a Facebook vote to have him play a supermarket concert was hijacked.
The star promised to play in whichever Walmart store received the most votes.
A Twitter campaign encouraged people to vote for Kodiak, Alaska - one of the national chain's most remote stores.
Pitbull has vowed to go through with the gig after it came out top in the competition with 71,000 likes.
The store is located in the town of Kodiak on the Alaskan island of the same name. The town has a population of 6,000.
The rapper has invited those people who hijacked the campaign to join him.
In a video message the rapper, who has had hits with On The Floor and Give Me Everything, said: "I heard that Kodiak, Alaska, has the most likes due to someone that thinks he was playing a prank.
"You gotta understand, I will go anywhere in the world for my fans. I want to invite that someone who thinks that it's a joke to Kodiak, Alaska, with me."
Born in Florida to Cuban parents, Pitbull's real name is Armando Christian Perez.
