Conor Maynard to play headline UK tour this autumn

Conor Maynard has announced details of a UK headline tour starting this autumn.

The 19-year-old singer will play a series of gigs starting with a hometown show at Brighton's Dome on 24 October.

The run of concerts is set to conclude at Birmingham HMV Institute on 8 November.

Earlier this month Maynard topped the UK's official album chart with his debut Contrast.

He has also revealed that his next single will be his collaboration with US star Ne-Yo.

The track, called Turn Around, will be released on 8 October.

Before his UK tour the teenage singer will perform at BBC Radio 1's Teen Awards at Wembley Arena on Sunday 7 October.

He joins the show, which already features One Direction, Taylor Swift and presenter Nick Grimshaw who is hosting the event.

Tickets for his headline tour go on general sale on Friday 24 August.
