Florence and The Machine were the first headliners of the weekend.
Afterwards she told her followers: "Such a joy playing at Bestival with the beautiful xx last night, so amazing to be main stage with them after tour growing up together! Xxxx"
The xx were making their only festival appearance of the summer.
Ben Howard told his followers to go online and watch his performance of Only Love.
It's the first time organisers of a UK festival have teamed up with YouTube to stream the event live.
Thousands of people got dressed up in fancy dress on Saturday for a wildlife themed parade.
Meanwhile Emeli Sandé wore a cowboy jacket for her first appearance at Bestival.
She tweeted: "Bestival!! My first time!! And I get it now! Amazing!!"
Asked what she thought of the Isle of Wight, she said "it's a beaut of an isle!"
Rizzle Kicks said on Facebook they were "hyped" to be appearing on the same bill as Stevie Wonder. They took to the main stage in yellow and black jump suits.
Black Heart trio Stooshe were also showing off their wardrobe, tweeting a picture of themselves backstage.
On Sunday Alex from the group said: "Loved Bestival now home time ready to pack for L.A tomo! Can't wait to get back".

Nero, Jessie Ware and DJ Yoda played to the sell-out crowd at Robin Hill Country Park.
The sun shone all weekend making it one of a few festivals that managed to avoid a washout this year.
