Leona Lewis announces 16-date UK arena tour for 2013

Leona Lewis has announced a 16-date UK arena tour for April and May 2013.

The former X Factor winner begins the concerts in Glasgow on 26 April and ends in Plymouth on 18 May.

The run of concerts also includes two gigs at London's Royal Albert Hall plus appearances in Birmingham and Cardiff.

Speaking about the tour, Leona Lewis said: "I can't wait to get out there and play my new songs. I had such fun on my last tour and I'm really excited about doing it again next year."

Lewis, 27, releases her third album - Glassheart - on Monday (15 October).

She sang the lead single from it, Trouble, on Sunday night's X Factor results show.

The singer also opened this summer's Hackney Weekend for Radio 1 where she performed Come Alive from her new album.
