UK Music Video Awards 2012 nominations are announced

The artists up for prizes at the UK Music Video Awards (ukmva) have been announced, with Lana Del Rey receiving five nominations.
She dominates the best international pop category, with videos for Blue Jeans, National Anthem and Born To Die.
The singer is also acknowledged for best styling and best cinematography awards.
Justice are nominated seven times for their videos, including best editing and best international dance video.
M.I.A.'s Bad Girls has picked up five nominations for best UK pop video, art direction and design, cinematography, editing and styling.
Along with M.I.A., Ed Sheeran, George Michael, Paloma Faith, Will Young and Calvin Harris featuring Ne-Yo are all nominated in the best UK pop video category.
The UK Music Video Awards 2012 ceremony will take place in London on 8 November.
Fans will also be able to vote for their favourite British video of the year.
The people's choice award will feature 18 videos by nine different artists and nominations with be revealed on 16 October.
