Garage-house duo Disclosure have said it was "fun" to work with Aluna Francis from AlunaGeorge.

The pair, brothers Guy and Howard Lawrence, have recorded a new track White Light which last released earlier this week.

The result is a song made by two of 2013's most hotly tipped artists.

Speaking to Newsbeat, Guy said: "We made a beat, she [Aluna] came down and vocalled in a day and totally smashed it."

"We've been playing it [White Light] a bit in live sets. We played it at Field Day in Australia on New Year's Day in front of 10,000 people which was special."

Speaking at Radio 1's Future Festival, the pair said they're busy working on their debut album.

"We don't want to make a straight house album because that would be boring. It's important to get a variety of tempos and include a mixture of slower and faster stuff.

"We've been juggling writing with playing shows. It's tough as we can't make beats on the move - we have to get in the studio."

As for AlunaGeorge, they came second in the BBC's Sound of 2013 poll and were also shortlisted for this year's Brits Critics' Choice award.
