The Libertines to re-form for British Summer Time event

The Libertines are to re-form to headline an outdoor festival in London's Hyde Park this summer.
The quartet, who last reunited in 2010 to perform at the Reading and Leeds Festivals, will top the bill at one of the days of the British Summer Time event in July.
The band split up in 2004 after releasing two albums before frontmen Pete Doherty and Carl Barat went solo.
Doherty released his own material while Barat fronted Dirty Pretty Things.
The Libertines will play the Hyde Park festival on 5 July, on a bill which also includes the Pogues, Maximo Park and The Enemy.
McBusted have been named as one of the headliners for the event with Backstreet Boys, The Vamps and Scouting For Girls performing as well.
The second weekend will be headlined by Neil Young and Crazy Horse on 12 July, with The National and Tom Odell also on the bill.
The Libertines' reunion will not come as a complete surprise to fans of the band as Doherty let slip a show was on the cards in a recent interview, and the band's Facebook page featured an image of Hyde Park.
The group scored top 40 hits with singles Time For Heroes and Don't Look Back Into The Sun, and their biggest hit Can't Stand Me Now, which reached number two in the Official Singles Chart.
Their second, self-titled record topped the Official Album Chart in 2004.
Also performing in Hyde Park this summer will be Neil Young, Little Mix, Tom Jones, Soundgarden and Black Sabbath.
Tickets for The Libertines go on sale on 2 May on the British Summer Time website, external, although some pre-sale tickets will be available earlier next week.
