Clean Bandit have announced details of a UK headline tour, which will take place throughout October and November.

The string of 14 dates, which will include a concert at London's Brixton Academy, starts at Newcastle's O2 Academy on 12 October.

The band will also play in Cardiff, Birmingham and Manchester, before finishing up in Belfast on 1 November.

Clean Bandit's Rather Be spent four weeks at number one when it was released in February.

The track charted in the top 10 in more than 25 countries and became the most streamed record in a single week on Spotify, with more than 1.2 million listens.

The four-piece, made up of Jack Patterson (bass/sax/deck), Luke Patterson (drums), Grace Chatto (cello/key/synth) and Neil Amin-Smith (violin), are set to release their new single Extraordinary on 19 May, with their debut album New Eyes set to be released on 2 June.

Before the tour, Clean Bandit will perform on the In New Music We Trust stage at this year's Radio 1 Big Weekend in Glasgow.
