Rhod Gilbert has been announced as the full-time host of BBC Two quiz Never Mind the Buzzcocks.
The comedian will join the team for the 28th series of the show alongside team captains Noel Fielding and Phill Jupitus.
He'll be the first regular presenter of the programme since Simon Amstell left the show in 2008.
Since then, recent series have featured guest hosts including Tinie Tempah, Jack Whitehall and Example.
Rhod Gilbert said the show was "an institution" and had previously hosted one-offs in 2009 and 2011.
He said: "It's a great honour to be asked to take the reins full time and to hang out with Noel and Phill, and I'm equally excited and nervous about adding my name to those who have hosted it in the past."
Filming on the new series begins later this year.
Since it began in 1996, Buzzcocks has featured celebrities on its panels including Bruce Dickinson from Iron Maiden, Spice Girl Melanie C and Radio 1's Breakfast show host Nick Grimshaw.
There have also been memorable moments including Ordinary Boys frontman Preston walking out after Simon Amstell read extracts from his then-wife Chantelle's autobiography.
More recently, Fun Lovin' Criminals frontman Huey Morgan smashed a mug after Rizzle Kicks asked him to guess his own lyrics.
