Two men banned from keeping fish after Neknomination

In an online video Terry Gallop from Wiltshire can be seen pouring himself a pint of lager and other ingredients.
Dropping two goldfish into the mixture, he then downs it in one go.
His friend Jason Williams, from Westbury in Wiltshire, filmed the whole thing on his phone and this week the pair admitted to two charges under the Animal Welfare Act.
They have now been ordered to pay fines and costs of almost £2,000 and have been banned from keeping fish.
Back in February the pair had been celebrating Terry Gallop's 29th birthday, when he was drunkenly challenged to take part in the online drinking game Neknominate.
The game involves someone carrying out a drinking dare on film, before nominating someone else to do the same within a set time period.
The RSPCA were alerted to the video by someone who had seen it posted online.
The pair appeared in court and admitted to two charges under the Animal Welfare Act.
Gallop was ordered to pay £818 in total, with Williams being ordered to pay £988 for helping his friend.
RSPCA inspector Miranda Albinson said: "It is clearly not acceptable behaviour when it is detrimental to an animal's welfare.
"Hopefully this case sends out a clear message from the courts that such behaviour will not be tolerated."
Both men have been banned from keeping fish for two years.
