We're guessing this girl got a bit overwhelmed at seeing Sam Smith in the flesh.

Either this girl is Sam Smith's biggest fan or he's her worst nightmare.

The singer, who topped the year's Sound of 2014 poll, performed on the main stage, giving the crowd kits such as Money On My Mind and Stay With Me.

He later came on to sing Latch with Disclosure.

GIANT DISCOBALL

The festival is curated by former Radio 1 DJ Rob Da Bank, who has created a giant disco ball for this year's event.

Judges from Guinness World Records are at the site to find out whether it's the largest disco ball of all time.

The current record stands at 9.98 metres but this one is expected to confirmed as more than 10 metres.

Rob Da Bank said: "Can you believe it!" We've only gone and cracked it, we've built a beauty and we're certain this disco ball is a record breaker."

ALL THE FUN

Bestival is as much known for what's on offer away from the music.

In one tent, artist Martin Creed has filled the room with red balloons to create an immersive installation called "Work No 204".

There is also a inflatable church on site where people can have mock weddings and a spa area which includes a hot tub bus.

Bestival is set to continue until Sunday with headline performances from Foals and Nile Rodgers feat. Chic.
