Mel B will return to The X Factor this evening, it's been confirmed.
The former Spice Girl missed the first part of the show's grand final last night after being admitted to hospital.
A spokesman said: "After being discharged from hospital, Mel B has been deemed well enough to do the show."
Former judge Tulisa stood in for her last night.
The X Factor said that doctors have advised her that she is well enough to attend the show at the SSE Wembley Arena.
Her final act, Andrea Faustini, was eliminated last night.
There has been no confirmation about the nature of the 39 year-old's illness.
On Twitter, her mother and sister appeared to suggest they didn't know she'd been admitted to hospital.
Tonight's final sees the final two contestants Fleur East and Ben Haenow go head to head for the chance to release a single this week.
Olly Murs, Demi Levato and One Direction will all perform on the show.
