The 62-year-old is recovering in hospital after her final operation, which included surgery on her breasts and genitalia.
Her daughter Emma told Newsbeat: "All is well."
Kellie Maloney tweeted on Saturday: "What a day had to redo my blood test's before final op not many day's to go now."
In a Newsbeat interview in October, Kellie said she was ready for the last operation.
"If I could have it tomorrow, I would have it tomorrow, because I'm ready for it," she said.
In November, Kellie had a severe reaction after facial cosmetic surgery, which caused huge swelling and left her in intensive care.
Kellie, formerly known as Frank, revealed in August that she was undergoing gender reassignment.
Before that, she enjoyed a successful 30-year career as a boxing promoter, famously guiding Lennox Lewis to the world heavyweight title in 1999.
The UKIP supporter made an emotional speech at the party's conference last month.
She apologised for homophobic comments she made while standing to become London Mayor in 2004.
