Police have recaptured a man who escaped from a mental health facility in Santa Monica where he'd spent two years for stalking Mila Kunis.
Stuart Lynn Dunn pleaded no contest to the charges in January 2013.
He was found living in the star's empty house and waited for her outside her gym for three days.
The 30-year-old was sentenced to six months rehabilitation, five years probation and ordered to stay away from the actress for 10 years.
It's thought Dunn escaped from the centre on Saturday night by climbing through a bathroom window and climbing over a barbed-wire fence.
Los Angeles County Probation Department said officials went looking for him after he didn't come back from a shower.
The 31-year-old Black Swan actress was told about his escape and authorities said he should be "considered dangerous".
Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department released a statement saying: "We never know the state of mind of an individual. He does have a fixation on the original victim."
Dunn was eventually tracked down in an alley near Santa Monica beach and taken back into custody.
