Simon Pegg reveals super diet of Mission Impossible set

The cast of Mission Impossible Rogue Nation got access to Tom Cruise's personal chef, according to actor Simon Pegg.
He told Newsbeat how top of the range meals helped the cast deal with a rigorous shooting schedule.
Pegg returns to the franchise for the third time playing Ethan Hunt's sidekick Benji.
"Tom allowed us to have full use of his chef Kat," said the actor on the red carpet for the London premiere.
The film opens in cinemas across the UK this Friday and follows Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol which was a big box office hit.
According to Forbes it brought in $700 million worldwide in sales on a budget of $145 million.
Rogue Nation finds Benji in a dilemma.
He's in limbo because the IMF (Impossible Missions Force) group of agents is being dissolved and absorbed by the CIA.
So Benji is stuck behind a desk and back to being a mere analyst.

That doesn't last, of course, and Pegg is involved in some of the stunts that Tom Cruise insists on doing himself, and was put on a special diet throughout the filming in London, Morocco and Austria.
"Nutrition is like 99% of the battle when you are trying to stay in shape.
"So Kat would do us a cool box everyday. It contained all our meals and it wasn't boring food," insisted the star.
"We had these incredible stews and chorizo, these dates that were stuffed with peanut butter and sprinkled with coconut."
Tom Cruise, who produces the film, as well as starring in it spoke to us about how he feels responsible for his cast.
"It [the food] was engineered to be optimum for how physically fit we needed to be," said Pegg
"That combined with the work outs we used to do kept us in good shape. In fact it's probably the best shape I've ever been in."
Pegg and Cruise began working together in Mission Impossible III back in 2006.
Apart from Ving Rhames, who has been in all five, Pegg has appeared in the most films after Tom himself.
"We're very good friends and it's a pleasure to know the guy.
"It's interesting when you think you know so much about someone.
"Because you read about them, and then you meet the person, they are very different.
"It's nice for those myths to be dispelled."
A lot of the action scenes are shot in London, but the pair had little time off there.
"He knows London better than me. He's been filming here since before I lived here.
"We hung out in Morocco . We had a few nights where we went zip lining and went to a few restaurants and stuff but London it was like go,go,go."
