One Direction had to cancel a gig in Belfast at the SSE Arena on Tuesday night because Liam Payne was ill.
There's no word yet on exactly what is wrong with Liam's health.
According to a statement from the band's management his illness is not "serious" but he was "unable to perform".
Some fans were told as they began entering the venue but the majority heard the news when they were already inside from an on-stage announcement.
Natasha, Tammy, Laura and Aoife might have already seen One Direction 11 times but that doesn't mean they weren't disappointed that the boys cancelled.
"I'm really upset and sad, I got [the tickets] for a Christmas present," another fan told Newsbeat.
Niamh and Caitlin told Newsbeat they "thought it was a joke".
"[The announcer] said you can go, and we were like, 'What?' It was awful."
Harry Styles tweeted: "Deepest apologies to everyone at the show tonight in Belfast. Very disappointed, but unfortunately these things happen. We're very sorry."
Liam's ill health hasn't stopped the group from releasing their new music video.
Perfect, which was shared overnight after the cancelled gig, has already had more than 1.5m views in a few hours.

The On The Road Again show was due to begin at 7.30pm but fans had been queuing for hours to get the best spot to see the stars.
Some fans were annoyed they band had not cancelled the show earlier in the day.
But others wished Liam well.
"The band apologise to the fans and wish Liam better," the statement ends.
