GCHQ 'hipster spy' adverts spotted on pavements around the country

British security services want a different kind of a spy and their new recruitment ads have left passers-by wondering if they want to hire hipsters.
Job adverts for the intelligence service GCHQ have been made using reverse graffiti, which actually cleans the pavement.
They read "GCH-WHO? Technical opportunities" with a website address. They've been spotted in the east London area of Shoreditch as well as Manchester, the Midlands, and Leeds.
Pedestrians have been posting ads they've seen on Instagram and Twitter.

"GCHQ is always looking to widen our recruitment focus to reach the people we would like to recruit and therefore we use a range of innovative channels for our advertising," a spokesperson said.
"We look at areas which are likely to contain a high proportion of people who we would like to recruit, in this case people with technical skills and experience."
The UK's security services is to receive extra funding to help combat the threat from Islamic State militants, the government has recently announced.
The money will allow MI5, MI6 and GCHQ to recruit an extra 1,900 officers and comes after Friday's deadly attacks in Paris, claimed by so-called Islamic State, in which 129 people dead - including one Briton.
Prime Minister David Cameron said at the time: "This is a generational struggle that demands we provide more manpower to combat those who would destroy us and our values".
