I'm a Celeb: Spencer Matthews quits the jungle

Spencer Matthews has quit I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here.
Newsbeat understands that the reality TV star has left on medical grounds.
He was a late addition to the show's line up and hadn't entered the main camp.
Matthews, along with fellow reality TV stars Ferne McCann and Vicky Pattison, entered the show earlier in the week. "Spencer Matthews has left the jungle. We're sorry to see him leave," an ITV spokesperson said.
Last night, viewers saw Spencer play the Dicing with Danger game, alongside Vikki and Ferne.
The trio put their head into plastic boxes and had crabs, cockroaches and even snakes poured on them.
The Made In Chelsea star didn't win and was chosen to remain on his own in the Snake Rock camp.
The three had been staying in a separate camp away from the other celebrities.
No specific details have been given about Spencer's medical condition, but more information is expected in Friday's programme.
This year's celebrities include Hollyoaks' Jorgie Porter, Union J's George Shelley, boxer Chris Eubank and Dragons' Den's Duncan Bannatyne.
Spencer's departure comes after fellow reality TV star Gemma Collins walked out of the jungle after just three days in camp on last year's series.
Last year saw ex-World Superbike Carl Fogarty crowned King of the Jungle.
This year's series introduces the I'm A Celebrity app which allows viewers to vote for free and play games.
