Download has renamed its main stage in memory of Lemmy from Motorhead, who died from cancer just after Christmas.
The band had been due to play on the Friday night of the rock festival at Donington Park and organiser Andy Copping says they're "working on a suitable tribute for the slot".
Another 36 bands were announced for the line-up including Jane's Addiction, NOFX, Bury Tomorrow and Sixx A.M.
They join headliners Rammstein, Black Sabbath and Iron Maiden on the bill.

The festival takes place on the weekend of 10-12 June with the new additions announced on the Radio 1 Rock Show by Daniel P Carter.
Megadeth, Korn, Deftones, Nightwish, Disturbed and Architects were added to the line-up in November.
Motorhead's name has been replaced on the line-up with a drawing of the black cavalry hat Lemmy used to wear in every performance on stage.

Iron Maiden play Donington Park in Leicestershire for the sixth time in their careers.
It'll also be their only UK show this year as they close Download in the middle of their European tour to support their latest album, The Book Of Souls.
"Download is a very special place for us," said lead singer Bruce Dickinson.
"Not just because it's always great to play on home turf but because there's a truly unique vibe there, it's the very heart of England and of metal, so a fitting place for Iron Maiden.
"The crowd is always fiercely passionate and the whole band feeds off that famous Donington energy."
It will also be the third time that Black Sabbath will have headlined the festival since it started in 2003.
"It's always like coming home," said lead singer Ozzy Osbourne. "Download is my absolute favourite summer festival. See you all there."
Rammstein will headline the Friday night after previously topping the bill in 2013.
