Greg James finishes his five triathlon #Gregathlon challenge for Sport Relief

Radio 1 DJ Greg James has completed his "Gregathlon" challenge for Sport Relief in Norwich.

He finished five triathlons in five days in five cities.

Fighting back tears, he told his listeners: "Thanks everybody for all your support. It's been the most ridiculous week ever. I've learnt so much about myself, everyone coming together and everyone being a team."

He's raised £750,000 for Sport Relief - so far.

Norwich

Before starting the final day of his challenge Greg received good luck messages from James Corden, Coldplay and Sharron Davies - among others.
