Chvrches on their song for the Mirror's Edge Catalyst game soundtrack

As self-proclaimed gaming fans, Chvrches have spoken about the "fun challenge" of writing for the new Mirror's Edge title.
The band wrote Warning Call specifically for the upcoming release, after being asked by makers EA.
"You want to write a Chvrches song but you want to write something that fits with the project," says lead singer Lauren Mayberry.
Mirror's Edge Catalyst is an open-world action-adventure coming out in June.
It's the anticipated reboot of 2008's Mirror's Edge.

"Gaming is a world me and Iain [Cook] are really involved with," says Martin Doherty, speaking after their set at Radio 1's Big Weekend.
"Part of the reason we were so attracted to the project was that there's only a handful of occasions that bands have supplied soundtrack songs for video games."
The game focuses on protagonist Faith Connors as she makes her way around the futuristic city of Glass.
After the 2008 original, website Game Informer, external said Faith's "tough demeanour in a petite package had her running heads and shoulders above the crowd of cookie cutter female leads".
"EA asked us whether our ethos would fit in with the character and the story," says Martin.
"Their whole aesthetic was similar to our band's sound and I think it's worked well."
Previously the only other bespoke songs Chvrches had been asked to write were Get Away - for the reworked Drive soundtrack - and Dead Air, for Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part One.
"You're not writing from a personal perspective," says Lauren.
"You're trying to write as a character. It was a fun challenge."
On the road, it seems Lauren gets some peace and quiet from her bandmates as they bury their heads in video games.
"I've just finished Uncharted 4," says Martin.
"It's probably the most engaged I've ever been with a game. I was pretty sad when I finished it to be honest. It was so cinematic."
Iain admits his current games of choice are a bit more geeky.
"I've got the new Total War: Warhammer game. I like strategy stuff but I'm also loving the new Street Fighter V."
