Maroon 5 singer Adam Levine has offered to pay for Christina Grimmie's funeral expenses.
The former Voice contestant was shot dead after a concert last weekend.
Adam Levine mentored the singer when she finished third on the US version of The Voice in 2014.
Christina Grimmie's home town in New Jersey held a candlelight vigil on Monday night to honour the 22-year-old, who was killed as she signed autographs after a show in Orlando.
A spokeswoman for Adam Levine, Carleen Donovan, confirmed that he had made the offer.
Authorities in Florida say Christina Grimmie was shot by Kevin Loibl as she signed autographs after her show.
The singer was taken to the Orlando Regional Medical Centre, but died of her injuries.

Orlando Police Department said she'd performed with the band Before You Exit and stayed behind with them at the Park Plaza Live to meet fans.
A motive for the shooting still hasn't been determined.
Authorities said the 22-year-old had no personal connection to Loibl, who killed himself after being tackled by Christina Grimmie's brother.
The killer was carrying two handguns and a hunting knife at the time of the shooting plus two loaded gun magazines.

The singer lived in Evesham, a small community about 20 miles from Philadelphia, before moving to Los Angeles in 2012.
On the sixth series of The Voice in 2014 she performed songs including Miley Cyrus' Wrecking Ball and Elvis Presley's Can't Help Falling in Love.
She finished third behind winner Josh Kaufman and runner-up Jake Worthington.
She started off by posting YouTube videos as a teenager, including cover versions of songs including Adele's Hello and Justin Bieber's What Do You Mean.
