The advice you'd give your younger self as a survey suggests more girls are unhappy

More than a third of 10 to 15-year-old girls are unhappy with their appearance, according to the Children's Society's annual report.
And 14% are unhappy with their lives as a whole.
The proportion of unhappy boys remained at 20% and 11% respectively.
What is it that makes girls so unhappy and if you had the chance to speak to your younger self, what advice would you give her?
