Both Lena Dunham and Amy Schumer are not backward in coming forward about their feelings on one of the biggest celebrity dates in the calendar.

The pair have been talking about how much they disliked the Met Ball.

"This should be called the Metropolitan Museum of Getting Rejected by Athletes", Lena wrote on her blog, Lenny Letter, while interviewing Amy.

Who was she talking about? Odell Beckham Jr.

Amy had already discussed her dislike for the event during a radio interview.

Lena called out professional American footballer, Odell Beckham Jr as judging her based on what she was wearing and her shape.

"I was sat next to Odell Beckham Jr. and it was so amazing because it was like he looked at me and he determined I was not the shape of a woman by his standards.

"He was like 'That's a marshmallow. That's a child. That's a dog'. It wasn't mean - he just seemed confused."

The Girls creator added: "It was like we were forced to be together and he literally was scrolling Instagram rather than have to look at a woman in a bow tie."

The star has since clarified her comments in a series of tweets after being criticised by some people.
