Gigi Hadid hits back at prankster who grabbed her in the street

Supermodel Gigi Hadid was forced to physically fight off a man who grabbed her in the street.

She was leaving a fashion show in Milan when serial prankster Vitalii Sediuk picked her up and lifted her into the air.

Before security guards could come to the rescue, the 22-year-old elbowed him in the face and shouted.

The model then posted about the assault on Twitter, reminding fans that she is a "human being".

"How dare that idiot thinks he has the right to manhandle a complete stranger?" she wrote.

"GIRLS, prepare yourselves so that, if you ever feel in danger, MUSCLE MEMORY can fight back for you. Thank you all so much for ur support."

She added that she had "every right" to defend herself.

Cher Lloyd tweeted: "You go girl!"

Author Molly Knight said: "Gigi we got you girl."

Julide, who runs Twitter feed @GigiHadidFan, said she was "proud".

"SO PROUD OF YOU."

Lo said the star had "handled it like a champ".

"So proud, dude needs to be arrested he has no remorse he'll do it again. Disgusting honestly, but you handled it like a CHAMP."

Hadid added that the prankster was lucky "Z" [her boyfriend Zayn Malik] wasn't there after actor Ansel Elgort asked "Where was Zayn at?"

"That guy should prob take some time away from icing his jaw tonight to count his lucky stars that Z wasn't there," she replied.
