There was anger from the group after Camila announced she was leaving in December.
Fifth Harmony said they were "truly hurt" and claimed they "made every effort" to discuss the future of the group with Camila.
Their post was in response to the singer claiming she didn't know the group was going to release a statement about her quitting.
"The girls were aware of my feelings through the long, much needed conversations about the future we had during the tour," she wrote.
"Saying that they were informed through my representatives that I was 'leaving the group' is simply not true."
Fifth Harmony released their first promo photo, minus Camila Cabello, just after the New Year.
