Usain Bolt will star in Pro Evolution Soccer later this year exclusively to those who pre-order the game.
Regularly referred to as "the greatest athlete of all time", the 30-year-old tweeted he's happy to be making his debut as a footballer.
The Jamaican sprinter is a massive Manchester United fan and has spoken of his desire to play professionally.
PES 2018 is released in the UK on 14 September, a month after Bolt retires from athletics.
An eight-time Olympic gold medallist, Bolt has won the 100m, 200m and 4x100m gold at past three Olympic Games - Beijing 2008, London 2012 and Rio 2016.
Bolt wrote: "I love football and have played PES for as long as I can remember. It's the best football game there is and it's a great honour to be a part of it and its success.
"Having my face and movements scanned for use in the game was a fascinating process."
Pro Evo is one of the most popular games in Konami's back catalogue and has been available for consoles since 2003.
It's a spin-off from the earlier International Superstar Soccer series which began in 1995.
PES 2017's main aim was to reduce ground lost on FIFA, its big rival, in recent years.
PES 2018 will be released for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
