Both the Spanish and Justin Bieber versions of the song include the line, "This is how we do it down in Puerto Rico" and several travel companies are reporting increases in interest in the island.

Hotels.com say searches for Puerto Rico increased by 45% between April and June this year when compared to the same dates in 2016.
