Bigfin squid spotted in Australia for first time
The first sighting of a Bigfin squid has been made in the Great Australian Bight by researchers.
The species has only had 12 recorded sightings worldwide and tends to live in darker parts of the ocean.
Famous for its long and wispy tentacles, the creature tends to live in darker parts of the ocean.
