Audio slideshow: The 7/7 London bombings

Less than 24 hours after London was awarded the 2012 Olympics, and as the world's most powerful men were meeting at the G8 Summit in Scotland, four suicide bombers attacked central London. The explosions killed 52 commuters and wounded nearly 800 more.

Five years on, as the inquests open into those deaths on 7 July 2005, we look back at how the news broke.
