What to see at the London 2012 Olympic Games for £20

Households are facing a financial squeeze but the organisers of the London 2012 Olympic Games say several events will be free and 2.5 million of the 6.6 million tickets on sale, external will be £20 and under (these include special prices for children and the over-60s). The table below highlights the events where full price tickets start at £20 to help you navigate the full Games schedule, external.
Notes
£20 in the table above means that at least one session in that sport, on that day starts at £20. It does not mean that all that day's sessions start at £20. For example in Archery on 3 August the morning session starts at £20 but the afternoon session starts at £30.
Not every session which starts at £20 also has the special prices for children and the over-60s, although many do. Check the full schedule, external for further information.
Athletics: Marathon and Race Walk are free to view along the route apart from the finish line area on The Mall which is ticketed.
Cycling: Road Race is free to view along the route apart from the finish line area on The Mall which is ticketed.
Modern Pentathlon: Tickets start at £20 for Greenwich Park events only (riding and combined run/shoot).
Triathlon: Some parts of the cycle route are free and unticketed but a ticket is required to see all three events.
