Flaming spirit - sights and sounds of the Olympic torch relay from across the UK

<bold>The Olympic flame arrived from Greece on the 18 May, and since then has been welcomed and celebrated by communities in 1,000 cities, towns and villages across the UK.</bold>
By the opening ceremony, it will have been carried by 8,000 torchbearers. Take a look here at the flame's winding journey from Land's End to London.
