Dogs raised alarm after Wrexham river death

A second body has been discovered by police investigating the death of a woman who was found next to a river.

A worker nearby found the 27-year-old woman's body on Wednesday afternoon, on a bend in the River Clywedog, near Wrexham, after seeing dogs sitting alone next to a car.

Michael Morgan works in a nearby car washing centre and was at the scene shortly after the woman's body had been found.

He said a dog coming into his workshop alerted him to the fact something was wrong.
