Crowds have flocked to Stratford for the third and final day of the London Anniversary Games, celebrating and remembering the 2012 Olympics.

It was the paralympians' turn on Sunday to remind the crowds of the feats achieved one year ago. Brazilian sprinter Terezinha Guilhermina was among them.

Just as she did in 2012, Britain's Hannah Cockroft - hidden here with teammate Melissa Nicholls - had plenty to celebrate, winning the women's 100m T33/34 event.

David Weir, another of Team GB's 2012 heroes, also gave the packed stadium reason to cheer as he celebrated with his family after winning the men’s T54 mile.

The event drew paralympic athletes from all over the world.

German long-jumper Vanessa Low was among them. She competed in the F42-44 women's long jump.

But it was the British team celebrating on Sunday evening - Richard Whitehead among the winners.
