Phone-hacking: Gemma Dowler makes press regulation plea

Gemma Dowler, the sister of murdered schoolgirl Milly Dowler, has made a plea over press regulation following the conviction of former News of the World editor Andy Coulson.

Speaking in a video message played at a news conference organised by campaign group Hacked Off, Gemma Dowler said the new regulator, IPSO, was "meaningless" and was a case of "newspapers looking after themselves".
