Andrew Lansley on net migration figures

Estimated net migration to the UK reached a record 336,000 in the year to June, Office for National Statistics (ONS) figures have shown.

The figure was 82,000 more than the previous year.

Andrew Lansley, the former Conservative minister, said it was hard to see how the government could meet its aim to bring it down to below 100,000 by 2020 as things stand.
