Somme marked by uniformed men across UK with #wearehere

Hundreds of volunteers took part in UK-wide work by Turner Prize-winning artist Jeremy Deller to commemorate the centenary of the Battle of Somme.

"We're here because we're here" saw around 1,500 participants dressed in First World War uniform appear unexpectedly in locations across the UK.
